I remember there was a time where I wouldn't be caught dead in shorts. But nowadays, I love shorts especially printed and patterned versions that make a statement.

Giving up sweets for lent is going to be a positive change to my overall health. From the way I feel to my skin complexion to my fitness, I can not wait to see the changes.

the last horrah!

Tonight I got Jeni's ice cream for my last sweet treat until Easter, with the exception of my birthday. Since my birthday falls during lent I will allow myself to indulge in two sweet treats, one at work and one with family and friends. This is going to be rough for me since I eat several sweets a day, but I am very confident in myself that I can stick to it. Wish me luck!

I discovered this etsy shop today and love their blooms & branches greeting card collection.
I will definitely be picking up this set of cards to add to my stash suitable for lots of different occasions.

Have you guys heard of the adorable little web shop Bailey Doesn't Bark? I just discovered it and I love how pretty and simple everything they carry is. They have a ton of gift items that can be personalized, which I always think is a nice touch. The ‘postcup’ below is meant to be written on and baked to seal the writing on permanently – cool, huh?

Right now I am currently obsessed with Olivia Palermo's style. Her looks are feminine, balanced, comfortable and tailored, she tends to overdress {which I adore} and her attention to detail and texture is flawless. Who's style do you admire?

Um...how amazing are the runway looks for J.Crew's Fall 2012 collection? The colors, patterns, and textures are perfection. I am especially loving the amazing patterned pants and pointed shoes in fabulous colors, and metallics? Yes, please!
